A private health service was faced with a regional team that although they generated very high sales and profit revenues their management style was imploding and self-destructing the team that supports them. Team members refused to work from the offices.

Solution

Rosser & Associates held an intensive two day workshop that addressed negative attitudes, bullying and inappropriate behaviours. Individual buy in and acknowledgement of responsibility from the team members was achieved. A team vision with structure and frameworks was established. All individuals in the team were able to resume working collaboratively. Coaching programs were implemented to achieve desired behavioural and attitudinal changes as well as developing key leadership skills. On-going reviews were established to support and sustain the new behaviours, team values and goals.

Results

The team developed an improved way or working together, achieving greater outcomes and results.Personal relationships improved, motivation and productivity increased and the culture of trust and respect in the workplace was restored.
